#BR10 Guacolda Energia
Empresa Eléctrica Guacolda S.A. ("Guacolda") owns and operates a 608 MW coal-fired power generation facility that is being expanded to 760 MW. Guacolda is located approximately 450 miles north of Santiago, in the north of Chile’s central electric grid. Guacolda is among the largest and most efficient coal-fired generating facilities in Chile. Guacolda sells the majority of its output to industrial and electric distribution customers under long-term power procurement agreements.

Freeport LNG is the owner and operator of a receiving and regasification facility near Freeport, Texas. It is in an ideal port location and is one of a small number of facilities which has received key regulatory approvals for its development and construction and is expected to achieve commercial operation of its first liquefaction train in 2018.

Competitive Power Ventures (“CPV”) develops, owns and operates power generation assets with a focus on clean, combined cycle natural gas and wind-powered generation located in key United States power markets. In addition, CPV has an industry leading track record in independent power development and contract asset management services with 4,600 MW developed since 2009 and approximately 6,000 MW of generation facilities under asset management contracts.
#BR10 #BR5 Saeta Yield/Bow Power
GIP has formed a partnership with Actividades de Construcción y Servicios, S.A. (“ACS”) via an investment across two companies. The first, Saeta Yield, S.A. (“Saeta”), in which GIP has an approximate 24% interest, is the owner of 688MW of operating wind and solar power generation assets located in Spain. The second, Bow Power, S.L. (“Bow Power”), in which GIP has a 49% interest, will own up to 460MW of renewable power generation projects located in Europe and Latin America and also will focus on the development of new projects worldwide.
#Br5 Gode Wind 1
GIP entered into a partnership with DONG Energy by acquiring a 50% stake in the Gode Wind 1 offshore wind farm. Gode Wind 1 is a 330 MW project in the German North Sea that was fully commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2016. DONG Energy is the world leader in offshore wind power with a 35% market share of global installed capacity and approximately 4.4GW of capacity either installed or under construction.
#BR10 Hess Infrastructure Partners
GIP has formed a strategic joint venture with Hess Corporation through the acquisition of 50% of Hess Infrastructure Partners’ midstream crude oil and natural gas infrastructure business. The business includes gathering systems, a natural gas processing and fractionation facility, crude oil terminal facilities and an underground propane storage facility. These Hess Infrastructure assets are located primarily in the Bakken Shale region of North Dakota, which is one of America’s most important oil producing basins.

Naturgy Energy Group is one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in the world, with operations in more than 30 countries and over 23 million customers. It operates across the natural gas value chain as well as having significant electricity generation and distribution businesses in Spain, Latin America and Mexico.
#BR5 Borkum Riffgrund 2
GIP has entered into a 50/50 partnership with Ørsted (formerly DONG Energy) to own and operate a 465MW offshore wind project in the German North Sea which is expected to be fully commissioned in early 2019. This is the second joint partnership between these two entities. Ørsted will provide full scope engineering, procurement and construction of the project as well as operation, maintenance and a route to market for the power production.

Vena Energy is the largest independent renewable energy power producer in the Asia-Pacific region. The Vena Energy portfolio covers Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand. It comprises over 180 operating, under-construction or in-development assets, totalling approximatively 11 GW of net power generation capacity. To date, the Vena Energy acquisition is the largest global renewable energy generation transaction ever completed.
Medallion
Medallion Gathering & Processing, LLC (“Medallion”) is the largest privately held crude oil gathering and intra-basin transportation system in the Midland Basin, within the prolific Permian Basin tight oil play. Medallion owns and operates over 810 miles of crude oil pipelines and has approximately 530,000 barrels of crude oil storage capacity. The business serves a diverse portfolio of high quality producer customers across the most attractive areas of the Midland Basin.

Clearway Energy Group (“Clearway”) is one of the largest renewable power businesses in the U.S. and was formed with the completion of the sale of NRG Energy, Inc.’s renewables platform to GIP. Clearway includes the controlling interest in Clearway Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CWEN), a publicly-traded dividend growth-oriented company, which owns the vast majority of Clearway’s operating portfolio. To date, the Clearway acquisition is the largest U.S. renewable power transaction ever completed.

EnLink Midstream provides integrated midstream infrastructure services across natural gas, crude oil, and NGL commodities in key supply basins and critical demand regions across the U.S. The company has a leading position in the Oklahoma STACK play, one of the most active and economic basins in the U.S., as well as significant operations in the Permian’s Midland and Delaware basins, the Barnett Shale and Louisiana.
